CXR: Pneumomediastinum
Hemodynamically stable, premie (920g). 24 hrs old. Transferred from outside hospital. This is the first CXR at this institution. How would you treat this?
FYI: This baby was conservatively managed without any active treatment because there was no hemodynamic instability. Pneumomediastinum resolved in the next 2 weeks.
